Every time you purchase a piece of modular kitchen, wardrobe or TV unit from Blaü, you can be rest assured that you’re investing in furniture that will last a lifetime. Yes. You read it right. Blaü offers lifetime warranty on modern kitchen, wardrobes, TV units, and other furniture.

The Full Warranty Program by Blaü ensures that all the Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, TV Units, and other pieces of furniture are under a lifetime warranty.

How long is the warranty valid?

The warranty on Blaü products is 5 years from the date of purchase. The original purchase receipt/tax invoice is required as proof of purchase in order to validate this warranty card. This warranty is good only to the person named as the owner of the Product in the warranty card and is not assignable and/or transferable.

What is covered under this warranty?

This warranty is limited and covers defects in manufacturing only. This warranty is applicable within domestic limits only and is to the benefit of the original purchaser of the product.

What is not covered under this warranty?

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. This warranty does not apply to products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products. Damage from direct exposure to sunlight and/or heat sources, water and similar conditions are not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover PU, glass or fabric. Please note that variations of color, or texture, in products made of natural materials, is not covered under warranty.

Cabinets are not resistant against white ants / termite. Proper treatment of floor / wall has to be made for resistance against termite by the client. There could be a fungus formation in the cabinets if the wall is damp, seepage because of lack of curing or leakage. Our request is to take precautions of the same before the installation. Blaü will not be responsible if the fungus formation happens later. In case of equipment such as water filter / geyser which are fitted into our cabinets on client’s request, Blaü does not take any responsibility of any damages caused to the cabinets due to leakage / dampness from the equipment.

All exchanged parts and products replaced under warranty service will become the property of Blaü.

There will be a charge for services on products that have exceeded the warranty period. We reserve the right to decline service where the product is obsolete, no longer deemed serviceable or replaceable for any reason.

The warranty becomes void in case the product has been serviced by anyone apart from an official Blaü representative.

What will Blaü do to correct the problem?

If client finds a defect in manufacturing of any product, part or component, client must report such defect during the relevant warranty period to the local Blaü dealer. If after inspection any such product is determined to breach the warranty set forth herein, Blaü shall, in its sole discretion, repair or replace the product free of cost, inclusive of labor & travel charges*. Blaü retains the prudence to provide appropriate replacement of a product, if needed. Replacement or repair of products does not extend its warranty period beyond the original warranty expiration date.
*The travel expenses will be borne only within the city of purchase.

How do I take care of my products?

Even though each and every product manufactured at Blaü adheres to stringent quality processes to ensure its longevity and durability, it is highly recommended to perform a regular cleaning of the products to make them last a lifetime.

Keep the furniture away from direct exposure to sun or other heat sources to prevent premature fading. It is suggested to always use a soft, clean cloth dampened with water or mild cleaner for all cleaning purposes. Avoid letting water/spills to stand on the surface of your furniture. Use only cleaning agents that are intended for the furniture materials you possess. Strictly refrain from employing cleaning agents that contain ammonia, alcohol, bleach or any abrasive. Make sure that the furniture doesn’t get in contact with harsh or cohesive materials.

For leather, use only leather cleaning solutions for cleaning purposes. Refrain from using polishes, preservers or leather soaps to clean. Most importantly, if you happen to spill something, do not let the spilled stuff stay in contact with the surface, wipe it immediately with soft and clean cloth.

For a minimal extra charge, you may opt for our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), which offers an annual servicing of the products purchased at Blaü. The experts will visit your home and will undertake a thorough cleaning of the Blaü purchase and will restore them to their original splendor. Please contact us for registering under our AMC.

We shall reserve the right to vary, modify or change the terms and conditions herein due to change(s) in availability of services, products and/or spare parts or for the purposes of complying with applicable policies, rules, regulations and law, with or without notice.

Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
